We are a team of Masters Level, Independently Licensed Clinical Social Workers who provide quality mental health care in Ohio. We know how hard it is to reach out for help, that you may be feeling lost, dysregulated, or even drowning in darkness. It may feel overwhelming to even look at or start the process of getting the help that you deserve. We are here to make the process easy and to weather the storm with you. It can be hard to find the right therapist. We take the time to build trust and establish a therapeutic relationship that meets you where you are. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over seven years of experience in community mental health and school settings. I specialize in areas such as family dynamics, addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-informed care, as well as life transitions and adjustments. No one starts at the same place, and I firmly believe in meeting my clients where they are at in their journey. I have an all inclusive approach when it comes to my clientele, with experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. You will find that my style is down to earth and compassionate while using a client-centered, strengths-based approach. My goal is to help empower my clients throughout their journey by providing guidance to help them to see their true potential. Asking for help can be difficult; this can be your first step to making yourself a priority.

I am a dedicated Master's level, Independently Licensed, Social Worker with a Supervisory designation in Ohio, with more than 8 years of experience, primarily as a therapist in both community mental health working with First Responders and school settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds, including those within the military, first responders, educators, and those working at the corporate level. My expertise encompasses extensive training and hands-on experiences in crisis management, trauma-informed care, EMDR, child development, relationship issues, and grief surrounding breakups and divorce. I provide support for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, as well as those navigating life transitions and adjustments. My therapeutic approach is grounded in client-centered principles, meaning I meet individuals where they are in their unique journeys. I strive to offer a supportive and empathetic environment, providing guidance and fostering growth. I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey, let’s talk and see if we are a good fit.
